It's a comprehensive review of your website, messaging, brand voice, SEO basics, social media, and competitor positioning, and how your business reads to AI tools in context. We spend a week going through everything and deliver a written report with specific recommendations. You come away knowing exactly what's working, what isn't, and what to fix first.

Every AI Signal Check covers the same seven areas, scored, evidenced and connected to what it actually means for your business. These are: entity clarity and disambiguation signal consistency across platform, AI search and answer presence, AI-answerable content coverage, proof and reputation, technical and structured data, and differentiation and safety.

We'd still start with the diagnostic. Building before diagnosing is how you end up with a beautiful site that still doesn't convert. The report tells us exactly what the site needs to say, how it needs to be structured, and who it needs to speak to. Then we build from that.

It varies entirely. Past projects after a diagnostic have ranged from a single homepage rewrite to a full 16-week implementation covering website, messaging architecture, social copy, and email sequences. We scope and quote based on what we actually find, not from a preset menu.

Three options. You take the report and implement it yourself - completely fine, the diagnostic has value on its own. We scope and quote for specific work based on what we find, or we structure an ongoing retainer if you want regular support. There's no pressure to do anything beyond the diagnostic. We'd rather give you something genuinely useful than pitch you work you don't need.

The Clarify Diagnostic ($990 inc. GST) is a full review of how your business presents itself. You get a written diagnostic report, a recommendations document. It takes five to seven business days and covers everything.
The AI Signal Check ($299 inc. GST) does one thing only. It looks at how AI tools specifically describe, rank, and recommend your business right now. Seven dimensions scored, screenshot evidence from real AI tools, and three prioritised fixes. No brand review, no messaging work, no website analysis. One focused lens, delivered within five to seven business days with no calls required.

We have developed our own AI systems to help us research faster, draft quicker, and pressure-test ideas before we finalise them. But the strategy, the messaging, the recommendations - those come from us. We're not running your brief through a chatbot and sending back the first result. AI is our tool. Clarity is still our product.
