Clarify (ClarifyAI Pty Ltd) is a brand strategy and digital clarity consultancy registered in Victoria, Australia. We provide brand diagnostic services, AI visibility services, follow-on consultancy, website builds, copywriting, messaging strategy, and related services to Australian businesses.
2. Use of This Website
2.1 Permitted use
You may use this Website for lawful purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Website without our prior written consent
- Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Website

This Website does not require you to create an account. Your use of the contact form, or your purchase of the AI Signal Check directly through this Website, constitutes your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Pricing displayed on this Website (including the Clarify Diagnostic price of $990 AUD inc. GST and the AI Signal Check price of $299 AUD inc. GST) is current at the time of publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your engagement will be confirmed in writing before any invoice is issued or payment is processed.
4. Contact Form and Enquiries
Submitting the contact form on this Website does not create a client relationship, a contract for services, or any obligation on either party. It is an expression of interest only.
By submitting the form, you acknowledge that:
- Your submission will be processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States) on our behalf
- We will use your contact details to respond to your enquiry
- Our response is not a guarantee that we will take on your engagement
- Paul Champion will review your submission and respond personally, usually within one business day
Any formal engagement will only commence upon the execution of a separate service agreement and receipt of payment.
4A. AI Signal Check: Direct Purchase
The AI Signal Check ($299 AUD inc. GST) may be purchased directly through this Website without a prior qualifying conversation. By completing a purchase, you enter into a contract for services with ClarifyAI Pty Ltd on the terms set out in this section and these Terms generally.
4A.1 Purchase process
To purchase the AI Signal Check, you must:
- Complete the brief submission form on the AI Signal Check page, providing accurate and complete information about your business
- Proceed to secure checkout and pay the applicable fee of $299 AUD inc. GST via Stripe
Submission of your brief and completion of payment together constitute your order. We will confirm receipt by email.
4A.2 Data collection and processing
By submitting the AI Signal Check brief form, you acknowledge that:
- Your brief information will be processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States) on our behalf and delivered to us by email
- Your payment will be processed by Stripe, Inc. (United States) on our behalf. Clarify does not store your payment card details
- We will use the information in your brief solely for the purpose of delivering your AI Signal Check report
- We will not share your business information with third parties except as required to deliver the service or as required by law
4A.3 Delivery
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your AI Signal Check Scorecard and Findings and Fixes Summary within five to seven business days of receiving your completed brief and confirmed payment. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Deliverables will be sent to the email address associated with your Formspree brief submission.
4A.4 Refunds and cancellations
Before work commences: If you contact us at hello@clarifyai.com.au before Jono has begun work on your report, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Work is generally commenced within one to two business days of brief receipt.
After work commences: Once work has commenced on your report, no refund will be issued except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. The AI Signal Check is a service delivered in full upon report delivery. Once the report has been delivered to you, the service is complete.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
4A.5 Scope limitations
The AI Signal Check is scoped to one brand, one primary website, and one primary geography per purchase. It does not include:
- Copy rewrites beyond example lines included in the report
- Hands-on implementation of any recommendations
- Ongoing monitoring or follow-up reports
- Multi-site, multi-brand, or multi-country scope
Each additional brand, website, or geography requires a separate AI Signal Check purchase at the applicable price.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our content
All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, the Clarify name, logo, and brand identity — is owned by or licensed to ClarifyAI Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent.
5.2 Your content
When you submit information through our contact form or AI Signal Check brief form, you grant us a limited licence to use that information solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, determining whether an engagement is appropriate, or delivering the purchased service. We do not claim ownership of your business information.
5.3 Deliverables
Intellectual property in any deliverables produced under a formal engagement (such as diagnostic reports, AI Signal Check reports, copy, or website builds) will be addressed in the applicable service agreement or, in the case of the AI Signal Check, passes to you upon receipt of full payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Clarify uses AI tools as part of how we work. These tools assist with research, drafting, and testing of ideas. All strategic recommendations, written copy, and client deliverables are reviewed and signed off by our team. We do not represent that AI tools are the sole source of any output.
The descriptions on this Website are an honest reflection of our actual working process.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
This Website references and uses the following third-party services:
- Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States) — for processing contact form submissions and AI Signal Check brief submissions
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc., United States) — for processing payments for the AI Signal Check. Stripe's privacy policy and terms of service apply to all payment transactions
- Squarespace Commerce (Squarespace, Inc., United States) — for hosting the AI Signal Check product checkout
- Calendly — used for scheduling with confirmed clients after invoice payment
These third-party services are operated independently of Clarify. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClarifyAI Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this Website or any content on it.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with this Website is limited to the greater of $100 AUD or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:
- Cancel your service contract and obtain a refund for any unused portion, or compensation for the reduced value of the service received
- Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
For minor failures, we are entitled to choose between providing you with a remedy (such as fixing the failure) or a refund.
11. Privacy
Your use of this Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle personal information submitted through this Website.
