If you book a free introductory call via our Calendly link, Calendly will collect your name and email address directly. Calendly's own privacy policy governs that collection. We may receive a copy of your booking details.

By submitting information through our contact form, you acknowledge that your information will be transmitted to and stored on servers located outside Australia, specifically in the United States. We have taken reasonable steps to ensure Formspree maintains appropriate data security standards; however, once information is transmitted overseas, it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Information you share with us during the course of an engagement (such as in emails, documents, or strategy sessions) is stored using standard business tools and cloud services with appropriate security controls. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

5. Disclosure of Your Information to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose your information to the following third parties in the course of operating our business:

  • Formspree, Inc. (United States) — processes contact form submissions on our behalf
  • Calendly, LLC (United States) — facilitates booking of introductory calls, if used
  • Squarespace, Inc. (United States) — hosts this website and may process visitor analytics
  • Accounting and invoicing software — used to manage billing and client records
  • Professional advisors — including legal, financial, and insurance advisors, where required

6. Cross-Border Disclosure

As noted above, personal information submitted through our contact form is transmitted to and processed by Formspree in the United States. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which also operates infrastructure in the United States. We may also use other cloud-based tools that store data outside Australia.

Before disclosing personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure the overseas recipient handles the information in a manner consistent with the APPs. However, once transmitted, that information may be subject to the privacy laws of the receiving country, which may differ from Australian law.

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

ClarifyAI uses AI-assisted tools as part of our research and service delivery process. This may include the use of AI platforms to assist with drafting, analysis, and idea generation. Where AI tools are used, we take care not to input your personal or confidential information into those tools without appropriate safeguards. Our final recommendations and deliverables are always reviewed and authored by our team.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website is built on the Squarespace platform, which uses cookies and similar technologies to support core website functionality and collect anonymous analytics data. You may be able to configure your browser to refuse cookies, though this may affect the functionality of certain features on our site.

We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
